Office fit out
At Winberry we work with you to ensure the effective delivery of your office fit out. You can be involved in as much detail as you want and we will be there to support you along the way.
Our fit out service will follow clear stages starting with obtaining a project brief or detailed understanding of your requirements.
We would the look at the feasibility of your project, both physically and financially before progressing to the design stage.
Once we have agreed the design and had the costs approved the office fit out works can start.
We will appoint the specialist contractors on your behalf and manage the fit out stage throughout including:
- Programme
- Budget
- Quality of workmanship.
- CDM supervison
- Health & Safety
- Operation and maintenance manuals
When the works are completed we will handover the project and leave only once you are completely satisfied.
Wherever possible we try to ensure that the end result exceed your expectations not your budget.
